Live like you were Dying

“I went skydiving
I went rocky mountain climbing
I went two point seven seconds on a bull named Fu Man Chu
And I loved deeper
And I spoke sweeter
And I gave forgiveness I’d been denyin’
And he said some day I hope you get the chance
To live like you were dyin’ …………”

I’ve loved this song by Tim McGraw from the moment I heard it. It talks about the things this guy (someone the singer knows) does when he knows he’s about to die. Life is short and when it’s the end, it unlikely that you’ll feel proud about spending more time in the office (at least I won’t!). It’s the small things in life that count in the end and that’s what the song is about. I’ve already made the ‘List of 30 before turning 30’ and I guess, its never too soon to make your own “bucket list”. So here’s mine and I’ll keep adding to it, cause you never know when you’ll kick the bucket and regret not having done things you’d like to do.
